Venue Abuja - Stakeholders Validation Workshop on EmONC Report 21 Apr 2026

UNFPA hereby solicits a quotation for the venue in Abuja to host the Stakeholders Validation Workshop on EmONC Assessment Report on the 21 Apr 2026. The items required are related to the provision of meeting room arrangements for 50 persons including meals (Teabreaks and Lunch) with some numbers of accommodation requirements in the city of Abuja Nigeria.

This Request for Quotation is open to all legally-constituted companies that can provide the requested products and have legal capacity to deliver in the Abuja or through an authorized representative.

Objective:

The objective of the RFQ is to identify a supplier who can provide UNFPA with ALL of the mentioned products and services. The selected vendor is expected to provide such products, based on specific Purchase Orders submitted to the vendor.
