Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule should be submitted in accordance with the Section 2 on or before 13.00 hours (Minsk time) on October 16, 2014.

You are kindly requested to submit an acknowledgment letter to UNDP to the following address:

The letter should be received by UNDP no later than October 01, 2014. The same letter should advise whether your company intends to submit a Bid. If that is not the case, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records.

A pre-Bid conference will be held on September 23, 2014 at 11.30 hours (Minsk time) at the address: UNDP Office in Belarus, 6^th Floor, 17, Kirova Str., Minsk, 220050, Republic of Belarus. Attendance of authorized prospective Bidders’ representatives is encouraged.
