A UNICEF Angola vem por este meio anunciar o Pedido de Orçamento (LRFQ 2026-9202599) para fornecimento de materiais destinados à Intensificação da Vacinação de Rotina (Campanha Pólio).

Instruções Importantes

1. Submissão de Amostras e Ficha Técnica

• É obrigatória a entrega de 2 amostras de cada material, incluindo formato digital.
• Prazo de entrega: até 25 de Fevereiro de 2026
• Local de entrega: UNICEF Angola | Rua N’Gola M’Bandi, Complexo INAC, Luanda, Angola (Recepção)

2. Prazo de Submissão das Propostas

• Até 02 de Março de 2026, às 23:59 (horário local de Angola)

3. Método de Submissão

• Propostas devem ser enviadas exclusivamente por e-mail: ✉️ supplyangolabid@unicef.org
• Propostas enviadas por outros canais serão automaticamente desqualificadas

Requisitos da Proposta

• Proposta Financeira + Ficha Técnica (Referência: LRFQ 2026-9202599)
• Formulário de Declaração (páginas 3–5 do RFQ), totalmente preenchido e assinado:
  • Marcar SIM se todas as condições forem aceitas
  • Marcar NÃO se houver exceções

Observação: Formulários incompletos ou não assinados serão automaticamente desqualificados.

Registro no UNGM

• O registro no UNGM é obrigatório.
• Caso ainda não esteja registrado, siga a nota de orientação anexada e o link fornecido para garantir um processo de submissão sem contratempos.
