Description
The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) requires auditing services (project audits, implementing partner audits and special audit) in the context of OCHA funding allocated to implementing partners, under OCHA managed Country-Based Pooled Funds focusing on providing humanitarian assistance. The audit services will be required in the following Regions and the respective countries where OCHA currently has Country-Based Pool Funds: - West and Central Africa (WCA) - South-East Asia (SEA) - Middle East and North Africa (MENA) - Asia and the Pacific (AP) - Eastern and Southern Africa (ECA) - Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) - Global Coverage. Interested audit companies will be able to bid for all or any of the Regions; the evaluation and contract awards will be on Region-by-Region basis with more than one contract planned to be established per Region and secondary bidding option for specific audit Task Orders. The proposed contract shall be valid for three (3) years with an option for two (2) further extensions of one (1) year (3+1+1) subject to satisfactory performance of the service provider and at OCHA’s sole direction. Interested companies that meet the below mandatory requirements are requested to express their interest by submitting their Expression of Interest (EOI) response form via link on page 3 below by the closing date set forth in this REOI: - must be registered in at least one of the countries in the region/s where audit services are required; - must have experience to assemble audit teams in the region/s where services are required; - must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in providing Auditing services similar in scope and complexity.
