Provision of Outside Catering Services in Berbera and Hergaisa, Somaliland.

The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime Regional Office for East Africa (UNODC ROEA) invites qualified interested firms to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming solicitation for the Provision of Catering Services in Berbera and Hergaisa, Somaliland. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime Regional Office for Eastern Africa (UNODC ROEA) is looking to procure catering services. UNODC ROEA seeks to engage a catering service facility in Berbera and Hergaisa Somaliland to provide: • Outside Catering services for for full day duration of a period as advised. This will include Packed lunch inclusive of a soft drink, tea, coffee, and water to be served at the communicated time. • Provision of a variety of foods (local and/or international cuisine), including fruits and beverages, throughout the provision of services. • Water and tea/ coffee on a flask and light refreshments (sweet and salty snacks) are to be provided in the morning. • Packed lunch including kosher/ halal diets. (Rice / pasta; Fish / meat / steak; banana on every meal. • Soft drinks – water, hot tea / coffee on flask, soda, or Juice • The food should be delivered to the venue already cooked, kept warm and ready to be served. • An adequate staffing level should be ensured. Specific Requirements/Information IMPORTANT: Please note that this REOI is not an invitation for submission of tenders. Its purpose is to identify companies that would be interested and eligible to participate in the solicitation when issued. UNODC will examine the outcome of this request for EOI and will consider those companies that have expressed their interest. UNODC reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this Request for EOI does not automatically guarantee your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.
