Implementing a Barcoding System integrated with the eLMIS to enhance the Department of Health (DOH) Supply Chain and Management Operations for FP Commodities

This request is for a service provider to implement a Barcoding System integrated with the eLMIS to enhance the Philippines' Department of Health (DOH) Supply Chain and Management Operations. The Terms of Reference (TOR) for this project cover the pilot implementation in specific sites within the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), with comprehensive system documentation designed to facilitate future replication and national scale-up by the DOH.
