Tender description: This RFQ refers to the Supply of Laboratory Equipment (Part LVIII) for SES of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The requirement consist of 10 items in the following 10 Lots: 

Lot 1#  Critical flicker fusion frequency device - 2 Unit
Lot 2#  Ozone therapy device- 1 Unit
Lot 3#  Electromagnetic and light therapy device- 1 unit
Lot 4#  Dynamic electrosleep apparatus- 1 unit
Lot 5# Hardware and software complex activator with the ability to connect to a PC- 3 Units
Lot 6# Doppler portable- 2 Units
Lot 7# Laser power meter- 1 Unit
Lot 8#  EM field strength meter- 1 Unit
Lot 9#   Device for determining the threshold of skin sensitivity to various irritants (algesimeter)- 4 units
Lot 10#   Tonal audiometry device 2 channel device- 3 Units

Note to Bidders: Bidders are allowed to quote prices for one or more lots identified in this tender. However, the Bidders must offer 100% of the quantities specified for each lot. Evaluation will be done separately for each lot.
