Provision of Machine Translation API Services

The Department for General Assembly and Conference Management of the United Nations intends to procure machine translation engine APIs for integration into its internal computer assisted translation (CAT) system. They must support high quality English ⇄ Chinese translation, along with additional support for translation between Chinese and other UN official languages. Vendors should offer a REST API that provides accurate, fluent translation to support CAT oriented workflows. The engines should meet technical expectations for high performance and reliability. Strict data protection is required, including no retention or use of United Nations data without consent.
