Supply of ICT Equipment

The United Nations Procurement Division/GPSS in Entebbe on behalf of United Nations Support Office in Haiti (UNSOH), hereby invites qualified suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest for the Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment for UNSOH for the following items: • 5000w power convertor/transformer • 30kw 1Phase to 3phase power convertor • 12v 100 Ah litihuim Iron Phosphate batteries • Rectiverter Integrated/Standalone 3kVA 1phase, 48 VDC • Battery connector cables, heavy duty 4 Awg with pre terminated lugs • International 220v to 110v Convertor universal step down power adaptor • 48V Lithium Battery Charger, 58.4V 10A AC-DC LiFePO4 Smart Battery Charger 2. As you express interest in the planned solicitation by submitting the response form, please verify and ensure that your company is registered under its full legal name with the UN Secretariat on the United Nations Global Marketplace (www.ungm.org). In addition, the desired Companies MUST have a minimum of 3 years working experience in similar services and magnitude. 3. Note that companies that have previously submitted EOI for similar services with UN must re-submit full documentation as detailed above ONLY vendors that meet the above requirements are encouraged to express interest. The detailed Specifications will be provided to suppliers that express interest in response to this REOI. 4. Electronic response as guided below to this EOI is preferred. 5.Please note that this request for expression of interest is not an invitation to submit a bid and submission of EOI would not automatically warrant receipt of solicitation documents.
