The assignment will identify and prioritise sectors and sub-sectors with strong employment and enterprise development potential, with a particular focus on early-stage businesses and inclusive economic opportunities for women, youth, and Syrian refugees. The assessment will include sector prioritisation and geographic analysis across North Lebanon, Beqaa, and Greater Beirut; demand and supply analysis; value chain and market dynamics assessment; and an evaluation of employment generation and inclusion potential, including relevant legal and regulatory considerations.
