United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East, hereinafter referred to as UNRWA, hereby invites prospective bidders to submit a bid in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Invitation to Bid (ITB) reference number is 3426000002 - (YB) covers the supply of School Furniture (Immediate requirement & LTA) from ((LOCAL JORDANIAN BIDDERS ONLY)) for UNRWA Schools in Jordan ( North, South, Zarqa & Irbid). This ITB contains two parts: A) Immediate requirements (One time Purchase) & B) Long Term Agreement (LTA) requirements, in the event of UNRWA signing Long Term Agreement(s) to Provision of School Furniture the estimate duration will be three years (1+1+1) UNRWA reserves the right to enter into LTAs with more than one supplier and the right to split the award of contracts among the LTA holders if it is in the best interests of UNRWA.
