On behalf of United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) ESARO

We write to request a quotation for Safeguarding Young People (SYP) Regional Programme End Term Evaluation (2023-2026), as per the attached solicitation documents. 

  1. Bidders may request clarifications no later than Friday, 13 February 2026 at 17:00PM and South African, Johannesburg time.
  2. Bid Confirmation Form SECTION VI – ANNEX A: BID CONFIRMATION FORM A completed Form should be e-mailed to: Procurement Officer and pembanyali@unfpa.org and mosai@unfpa.org no later than Friday, 20 February 2026 at 17:00pm South Africa, Johannesburg time
  3. Proposals must be submitted to bid.esaro@unfpa.org by Friday, 27 February 2026, 17:00 PM, Johannesburg time.
