The office of the United Nations High Commissioner Refugees (UNHCR) in Syria invites all interested bidders to submit offers for the Establishment of a Frame Agreement for the Provision of Inland Cargo Transportation Services in all Governorates of the Syrian Arab Republic for a Duration of Two Years, Extendable for an Additional One Year (2+1) for UNHCR operation in Syria as described in the tender documents.
