1. Background

2. Solicitation
2.1 The purpose of this Request for Proposals for Services (“RFPS”) is to invite proposals for national market and sector potential assessment for renewable energy implementation ( incl. sites feasibility assessments), as fully detailed in the Terms of Reference attached as Annex B.
