UNICEF Lebanon would like to invite you for a new tender # LRPS-2025-9202208 for the establishment of Long-Term Arrangement for Development and Deployment of Mobile Applications & Service Portals as per attached tender document and TOR.

Proposals must be sent to the following secured email ONLY (lebtender@unicef.org) no later than Wednesday 11 March 2026, 12:00pm.

Proposals must be sent in two separate emails; one technical and one financial.

- Email for technical proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (LRPS-2025-9202208) - name of your company- technical proposal. The email must include: The technical proposal only without prices.

- Email for price proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (LRPS-2025-9202208) - name of your company- price proposal. The email must include: The price proposal.

Proposals sent in another manner will be considered invalid.
