Description
Dear Bidder,
The International Labour Office (ILO) is seeking an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.
Below is a summary of the work to be performed:
The external collaborator will support the implementation of the Social Security and In-House Training strategies in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq through high-level analysis, coordination, and monitoring. Key responsibilities include facilitating technical and high-level coordination meetings with the Technical Working Group (TWG), government units, and social partners to ensure institutional alignment. The collaborator will provide hybrid technical assistance, drafting advisory notes on social security reform sequencing and MIS integration, while providing weekly "help-desk" coaching to institutional focal points.
A core component involves designing and validating MIS implementation dashboards and specialized tracking tools, ensuring their seamless integration into government workflows. Furthermore, the assignment includes supporting the development of training manuals and delivering technical sessions to strengthen staff capacity in progress tracking and data analysis. The collaborator will maintain systematic follow-up on milestones, providing analytical progress briefs every two months and a final consolidated assignment report capturing full implementation analysis and sustainability recommendations.
Interested candidates are invited to submit their proposals in strict accordance with the attached Terms of Reference and the application instructions provided on the ILO e-sourcing platform.
Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline.
Thank you.
