New clarification added: please provide clarification: 1. according to the amendments made to the estimate documentation in section 7 (item 74), it is necessary to "Manufacturing of ladders, ties, brackets, brake structures, etc." in the amount of 1.61147 tons, using materials according to items 75-78, which are indicated in kilograms, the total mass of which is 1.7081 kilograms. Is there an error in the units of measurement of the materials from which the work must be performed? 2. According to item 884, it is necessary to install 5 “Installation of switches, 2- and 3-pole package switches for currents up to 100 A”, but according to items 885-887, the number of “Circuit breakers” is 6. How many “Circuit breakers” must be installed? 3. According to position 888, it is necessary to “Installation of switches, 2- and 3-pole package switches for current up to 25 A” in the amount of 10 pcs., however, according to positions 889-893, the number of “Circuit breaker” is 9 pcs. How many “Circuit breaker” should be installed? 4. According to position 1018, it is necessary to “Installation of fixtures for fluorescent lamps mounted on pins, number of lamps up to 2” in the amount of 35 pcs., however, according to positions 1019-1022, the number of “fixtures” is 42 pcs. However, the threaded rods and the corresponding thread cutting works are not reflected in the BOQ. As these works are necessary for proper installation and directly follow from the referenced drawings, we kindly request that the thread cutting works be included in the BOQ. Clarification regarding BoQ Item No. 1203Regarding Item No. 1203 "Costs for assembling and placing equipment, inventory and furniture that is not assembled", the Bill of Quantities indicates the Unit as "UAH" and the Quantity as "2,507,365".Could you please clarify the nature of this item and how bidders are expected to price it?Is this a fixed allowance/budgetary figure provided by the Design Institute that all bidders must include? If so, should we convert this UAH amount to USD at the current rate and include it as a fixed sum?Or, are bidders expected to disregard the figure in the "Quantity" column and provide their own independent commercial estimation for these services in USD based on the project scope?2. New clarification added: Dear UNOPS Procurement Team, We seek clarification regarding the Scope of Works for the tender RFQ/2026/61073. Upon reviewing the Project Design Documentation, specifically Volume 2 "General Plan" (09-2025-ГП), we identified a significant scope of external works, including: Asphalt paving (Type 2) – approx. 1,934 m²; Paving tiles (FEM) – approx. 623 m²; Landscaping and green areas – approx. 1,396 m²; Installation of site amenities (benches, bins). However, the provided Bill of Quantities (file RFQ_2026_61073_B_Q_Schedule_4.1.A) does not appear to contain specific line items covering these external improvement works.Could you please confirm if these General Plan works are part of the scope for this specific tender?
