Upon reviewing the Project Design Documentation, specifically Volume 2 "General Plan" (09-2025-ГП), we identified a significant scope of external works, including: Asphalt paving (Type 2) – approx. 1,934 m²; Paving tiles (FEM) – approx. 623 m²; Landscaping and green areas – approx. 1,396 m²; Installation of site amenities (benches, bins). However, the provided Bill of Quantities (file RFQ_2026_61073_B_Q_Schedule_4.1.A) does not appear to contain specific line items covering these external improvement works.Could you please confirm if these General Plan works are part of the scope for this specific tender?
