New amendment added #1: The Purpose of this Amendment is to extend the submission deadline and change currency inscription on top of Form B. 1.The submission deadline has therefore been extended to 15:00GMT on Tuesday January 27, 2026.2. The Currency in the space privided just on top of Form B ( Price Quotation Form) with the inscription "currency" has been change from USD to Ghana Cedi (GHS.)Note: The currency at where the prices are to be quoted for the goods on the Form B ( Price quotation Form) is already in Ghana Cedi (GHS) and bidders do not need to change it. It is the one just on top of Form B that has been changed. The price quotation therefore is in Ghana Cedi (GHS) as already stated on the Form B and not in USD. The amended Returnable Form ( including the Form B) and the Schedule of requirement have been amended and attached as Amendment I at the document section. Thanks

New clarification added: CLARIFICATION RECEIVEDWith regard to RFQ/2026/61061 for the Procurement of Veronica Buckets for Ghana, we noticed the quotation currency GHS (Ghana Cedi) and No nationalities are excluded from submitting a bid. ( However this RFQ is for only companies registered in Ghana can bid for this RFQ). Could you please kindly clarify if this RFQ is only restricted to local vendors?RESPONSE TO CLARIFICATIONDear Jessie,Please the RFQ is for only vendors whose companies are regiatered in Ghana in respective of their nationality. A Vendor does not need to be a Ghanain to register a company and do business in Ghana. You can therefore be a Nationilty of another country and be doing business in Ghana, hence the reason for the statement " No nationalities are excluded from submitting a bid"Thanks
