Request for Expression of Interest (ROoI)

Provision of Managed Detection and Response (MDR) Services

UNICEF invites eligible vendors to participate in a global Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) for the provision of Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services.

Information on the REOI process, background, and scope is provided in the ROoI documentation. Vendors are invited to complete the questionnaire available at the link provided in this notice in order to submit their response to this REOI.

Key dates and next steps

1. Confirmation of participation – by 19 January 2026, 23:59 CET
Vendors are requested to confirm their participation by email to Belen Moliner Carbo (bmoliner@unicef.org), with a copy to Nicolas Joel Nin (nnin@unicef.org), no later than 19 January 2026 at 23:59 CET.
Emails should quote “REOI – UNICEF – Provision of MDR Services” as the subject.

2. Questions and clarifications – by 28 January 2026, 23:59 CET
Any questions or requests for clarification regarding this REOI must be submitted by email to Belen Moliner Carbo (bmoliner@unicef.org), with a copy to Nicolas Joel Nin (nnin@unicef.org), by 28 January 2026 at 23:59 CET, using “REOI – UNICEF – Provision of MDR Services” as the subject of the email.

3. Submission of REOI response – by 4 February 2026, 23:59 CET
Responses must be submitted by 4 February 2026 at 23:59 CET by completing the MS Form available at the link provided in this notice.

Only responses submitted through the MS Form will be considered, with the exception of the Additional Requirements section, which must be submitted separately by email to Belen Moliner Carbo (bmoliner@unicef.org), with a copy to Nicolas Joel Nin (nnin@unicef.org), by the deadline indicated above.

Given the significant number of vendors invited, UNICEF does not foresee engaging in dedicated calls or bilateral discussions with vendors at this stage of the process.
