Independent Review of WIPO’s Censhare Implementation and Usage

A few years ago, WIPO decided to implement a digital publishing platform to connect the authoring, editing, translation, localization, design, proofreading, publishing and dissemination processes, allowing for efficient and accurate single-source publishing in multiple formats and with rich metadata. With the transition now largely complete, WIPO management aims to gain a clear understanding of the status of implementation to date, the robustness of the technical solution, how well current processes and workflows are operating, and what improvements could be introduced to enhance operational efficiency, maximize the benefits of the digital publishing platform capabilities. The assessment should be benchmarked against best practice Censhare implementations.
