New clarification added: Dear UNOPS Team,We kindly request a clarification regarding the item “Special Safety Gloves – M-TAC or equivalent” listed in the tender documentation.At present, the specifications do not indicate the intended use, material, or size requirements for the gloves. In order to ensure accurate compliance and pricing, we would appreciate your guidance on the following points:Intended application of the gloves (e.g., assault/tactical use, police/security use, cold-weather use such as fleece or Thinsulate, etc.).Required material and construction (e.g., tactical reinforced gloves, insulated gloves, cut-resistant gloves, etc.).Required sizes or size range (e.g., S–XL, universal size, or specific quantities per size).This clarification will help bidders propose the most suitable and compliant product equivalent to M-TAC.Thank you in advance for your support and clarification.Kind regards,Response :The technical specifications required for the item "Special Safety Gloves – M-TAC or equivalent" have been added to the amended solicitation support documents. New clarification added: Question: Could you please confirm whether partial bids are allowed — i.e. if it is acceptable to submit a quotation for only some of the items listed?ResponsePartial quotations shall not be allowed. Bidders must quote prices for the total goods and/or services for the total requirement requested. Evaluation will be done for the total requirement.
