If there are multiple items, what is the proportion of each one? UNOPS Response: Each batch of the final product in the processing plant is focused on a single product, meaning that one production run produces only one type of product (e.g., tomato paste, tomato sauce, tomato juice, tomato ketchup, chili sauce, or strawberry jam).Kindly provide with the layout of your work plant to enable the design and configuration of the machinery.  UNOPS Response: The project site comprises a shed with a total built-up area of 3,776.6 m², featuring a ridge height of 10 m, minimum wall height of 8 m, overall length of 93 m, and width of 44 m. The facility also includes a mezzanine floor measuring 38.8 m in length and 7.5 m in width. In addition, the site has 23,549.24 m² of developed land surrounding the shed. By the way, can we have a visit of the work plant to get understanding of the necessary details, including electricity, water and infrastructure? UNOPS Response:: Yes, it is possible Please confirm your Power: KV, Hz, 3-Phase or 2-Phase? UNOPS Response: The tomato processing plant is planned to be established within the Bulbula Integrated Agro-Industrial Park (IAIP) in Ethiopia. The park offers reliable power infrastructure, including a 40 MW electricity supply to meet industrial demand, with dedicated consumer supply voltages of 33 kV / 15 kV and 415 / 240 V suitable for various processing machinery. In addition, the park is well equipped with essential infrastructure such as internal road networks, reliable water supply, a centralized waste-treatment facility, a fire brigade, and other supporting services that ensure safe and efficient plant operations.Before filling into the Tin pot, need to washing the pot or not?UNOPS Response::  Yes, Safety and hygiene must remain a critical priority.
