The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) invites qualified and experienced firms to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming solicitation for the Construction and Refurbishment of selected facilities at the National Police Service College, Main Campus, Kiganjo, Kenya, under the project “Supporting the Modernization and Professionalization of the National Police Service College.” The primary objective of this project is to upgrade and modernize critical infrastructure within the College to create a professional, well-equipped, and conducive teaching and learning environment for leadership, instructors, trainees, and law enforcement officers. The project will aim to undertake sustainable and environmentally friendly refurbishment and, where necessary, construction of selected facilities at the National Police Service College, Main Campus, Kiganjo. This includes upgrading essential training, accommodation, storage, and recreational infrastructure to improve capacity, functionality, and sustainability. The works will involve modernizing existing structures in line with environmentally friendly and high-quality standards. This intervention seeks to achieve the following objectives: • Expand the capacity of essential facilities to accommodate the growing trainee population. • Enhance the efficiency, functionality, and safety of existing infrastructure. • Rehabilitate and modernize deteriorated facilities to ensure long-term sustainability and optimal use. Specific Requirements/Information IMPORTANT: Please note that this REOI is not an invitation for submission of tenders. Its purpose is to identify companies that would be interested and eligible to participate in the solicitation when issued. UNODC will examine the outcome of this request for EOI and will consider those companies that have expressed their interest. UNODC reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this Request for EOI does not automatically guarantee your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.
