- LOT 1 - EHC-AF3-WS-DHL-009 : - Supply, Delivery, and Testing of Submersible Pump-Motor Units, Hybrid Pump Inverters, Electrical & Control Components, AC Cables, and Riser Pipes for Water and Sanitation Local Corporation in Al-Dhala’a, Yemen.
- LOT 2 - EHC-AF3-WS-HDM-023-02: Supply of electrical and mechanical equipment to fix the pumping units in the water sources for the cities of the valley and desert in Hadhramaut Gov.
- LOT 3 - EHC-AF3-WS-SHB-009 : Supply, delivery, and testing of electrical and mechanical equipment to fix the pumping units in the water sources for Water and Sanitation Local Corporation/Authority in Ataq, Shabwah Gov., Yemen.

New clarification added: Dear Bidders Please find below answers to clarifications:Q1 for Lot 1 , we didn't find complied pump for the requested Hight and water production - 25m3/h @ 750m .Ans 1 - The requirement of 24m³/h @ 750m is confirmed based on the hydraulic needs of the Al-Dhala'a sites.Bidders shall propose high-pressure submersible pump-motor units specifically designed for deep-well applications that fully meet the specified duty point. Q2 - Regarding the required pumps, Please confirm that pump set refers to a complete pump and motor unit. Additionally, please confirm the required head for all pumps. Some such as lot 1 bill 1 require a total head 750m is very high.Ans 2 - A "Submersible Motor-Pump Set" is defined as a complete, integrated assembly consisting of the multi-stage centrifugal pump end and the submersible electric motor, including the suction strainer and cable guard.All heads are as stated in the requirements

We would like to clarify regarding your request for the AC CABLE 3*16 for lot2 - EHC-AF3-WS-HDM-023-02: Supply of electrical and mechanical equipment to fix the pumping units in the water sources for the cities of the valley and desert in Hadhramaut Gov. , which specified that it should be made of TINNED COPPER. We would like to inform you that there are no 3*16 AC cables made of TINNED COPPER . Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to your clarification.Ans 1 - An amendment will be shared soon to update the requriement. Q2 - We would like to inquire regarding Item No. 5 in the BOQ for Lot1 (AC Control Box). Kindly provide us with the drawings and/or a detailed technical description of this control box so that we can accurately propose the suitable models and submit the corresponding datasheets for your review.Thank you for your support. New clarification added: Dear Bidders Please find below answers to clarifications: Q1 - The BOQ indicates a high motor power (kW); however, based on standard pump selection and efficiency, the pump required power would normally be lower than the motor rated power. Kindly clarify whether the specified motor kW is correct, or if the intention is to indicate the required pump duty power, with the motor to be selected accordingly. Ans 1 - Please adhere to the requirement, However, the minimum rated motor power has been specified; while the standard pump selection and efficiency can be achieved within the required limits.
