ACQUISITION OF MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS: STRING AND WIND

UNDP Venezuela, on behalf of the FUNDAMUSICAL SIMON BOLIVAR, invites to national and foreing companies interested in participat to submit sealed bids for the adquisitions of MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS STRING AND WIND whose specifications, quantities and delivery times are given in the tender document.

Bidding process will be conducted under the rules and procedures of UNDP, and the award to the qualified bidder whose bid meets all the technical requirements and quality criteria will be performed, and offer the lowest price comparison in each item.

Bidders requiring additional information regarding this ITB may be directed to the website of the UNDP Venezuela, to the address below.

Bidders interested in attending the solicitation must deposit a nonrefundable fee of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $ 100.00 ) or SIX HUNDRED THIRTY BOLIVARES (Bs 630.00 ). This amount may be paid by deposit to the following accounts :

1.  For national bidders : Deposit in Bolivar to Banco Provincial, Account No. : 0108-0231-87-0100039946, on behalf of UNDP.
2. For foreign bidders: Deposit or transfer in Dollars of the United States of America (US $), through Bank of America, Account No. : 3752180644, opened in New York on behalf of UNDP REPRESENTATIVE IN VENEZUELA (US $) ACCOUNT. Swift: BOFAUS3N.

A readable copy of the corresponding deposit must be delivered accompanied by a communication which clearly indicate the name of the Bidder: company name, contact person, telephone, fax, e- mail, to the following e-mail: licitaciones.ven@undp.org

Bids must be delivered to the address below no later than 11:00 hours official time of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, of TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2014. Offers received after the deadline will be rejected. Extended to September 22, 2014 until 11:00 am standard time of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela

Bid opening shall be carried out in the presence of representatives the bidders who wish to attend and have submitted offer, at the address below at 11:10 hours, official time of Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, of TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2014. Extended to September 22, 2014 until 11:10 am standard time of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela
