Description
The United Nations Global Service Center (UNGSC) wishes to engage a qualified Contractor for a Turn-Key Project for the supply and installation of a video wall solution for a hybrid virtual instructor-led training room at the United Nations Information and Communication Technology Facility (UNICTF), Valencia, Spain. The selected Contractor will be responsible for the design, provision, and delivery of equipment, installation, integration, documentation, testing, training, and warranty services for the video wall. The video wall system processor must support and allow for future expansion of inputs and outputs, and will provide a complete digital solution for routing, displaying, and managing visual information on the video wall. The warranty for the entire video wall and all its related components including the processor system and labor must be for at least three (3) years with the option to extend for two (2) additional one-year (1 year) periods. Minimum eligibility and qualification criteria: Bidders must have a minimum of five (5) years of verifiable experience with designing and implementing video wall solutions in conference rooms and have completed similar projects in the last five (5) years. The requirement will require Bidders to attend a mandatory site visit at the UNICTF. The full technical requirements and details will be provided with a formal solicitation document to be issued at a later stage. Interested vendors must possess the necessary technical expertise and capacity to provide the required goods and services, as only suitably qualified vendors will be invited to particpate in the solicitaiton process, which will commence upon finalization of this REOI exercise. Details of the technical evaluation criteria and other specific requirements will be shared with vendors invited to the solicitation. Vendors with any of the following attibutes are strongly encouraged to submit an Expression of Interest: (a) Disability inclusive orgamizations, (b) Demonstrated commitment to achieving gender equality (c) Recognized status as a woman-owned busines (d) Vendors from developing countries, countries with economies in transition or least developed countries. Specific Requirements/Information Vendors submitting an Expression of Interest must be registered with UNGM at a minimum, i.e. the Basic Level. Vendors who are not registered in UNGM will not be eligible to participate in the subsequent solicitation stage.
