The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) in Brindisi, Italy, is seeking appropriately qualified Vendor(s) to establish long-term catalogue contracts for the provision of Digital Technology training courses and related certifications. These courses will include both virtual instructor-led and self-paced online formats across multiple ICT domains, and certifications exams administered by the relevant Examination Institutes. Courses must be delivered in English and be accessible and delivered globally on an “as and when requested” basis. The training catalogue will cover multiple ICT domains, including but not limited to: IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Prince2 Agile Other courses * IT PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT: MSP MOR Other courses * IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT: ITIL 4 (various) Other courses* ISO: ISO/IEC 20000 (various) ISO/IEC 27001 (various) Other courses* AWS TECHNOLOGY: DevOps Engineering on AWS Other courses* AZURE TECHNOLOGY: AWS Training Courses (various) Azure Training Courses (various) Other courses* DATA ANALYSIS PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Python for Data Visualization Data Governance and Quality Management Other courses * IT SECURITY: Certified Cloud Security Professional Certified Information Systems Security Professional Other courses * IT GOVERNANCE AND COMPLIANCE: Certified Cloud Security Professional Certified Information Systems Security Professional Other courses * IT INFRASTRUCTURE and CONNECTIVITY Implementing and Administering Cisco Solutions (200-301 CCNA) ProxMox Other courses * * Other courses: Vendors may propose upgraded versions or new releases of the courses listed above, as well as other relevant courses within each category during the contract period. The delivery, format, and the number of slots for the training courses will be confirmed on an “as and when requested” basis. The Vendor providing the service must: • Be an Accredited Training Organization by the relevant Examination Institute (AXELOS, APMG, EXIN, BCS, ISACA, BSI, etc.) for the provision of the courses offered. • Offer training in self-paced and or virtual format on an “as and when” required basis to any UN entity. • Provide a qualified Instructor holding an active certification by the relevant Examination Institute to conduct the proposed courses. • Offer certification exams for the courses offered, if available, by the appropriate Examination Institute. • In those cases where the courses are subcontracted, the vendor shall ensure the subcontractor(s) holds the required accreditation from the relevant accreditation/examination body for the specific course(s). Contract term: The contract shall be for an initial period of one (1) year, with the sole option of the United Nations to extend the duration of the contract for additional period of one (1) year up to a maximum of 5 years (1+1+1+1+1 years).   Please note that partial offers are acceptable based on course category. UN reserves the right to award single or multiple contracts in any combination it sees fit. The Vendor must be registered with the UN Secretariat through the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) at the Basic level for solicitation participation. Vendors with any of the following attributes are strongly encouraged to submit an Expression of Interest: (a) Disability inclusive organizations, (b) Demonstrated commitment to achieving gender equality (c) Recognized status as a woman-owned business (d) Vendors from developing countries, countries with economies in transition or least developed countries. Vendors interested in participating must demonstrate the necessary technical expertise and capacity to deliver the required services, as only suitably qualified vendors will be invited to participate in the tender exercise. To express interest, vendors must be registered with the UN Secretariat via the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) at a minimum of the Basic Level. Vendors not registered with the UN Secretariat via UNGM will be ineligible to participate in the subsequent Invitation to Bid (ITB) stage. Specific Requirements/Information       Specific requirement (i.e., vendor level of registration): The Bidder must be registered with the UN Secretariat through the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) at the Basic level in order to be invited and at the appropriate level, to be awarded a contract.
