Supporting Uptake of the WHO-Recommended HIV 3-Test Algorithm and Low Cost Strategies for Diagnosis

The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to identify a suitable contractor to provide key deliverables related to testing and diagnostic services, with a particular focus on facilitating the transition to updated HIV testing algorithms and implementing cost-saving strategies, especially in francophone countries. Services will also include disseminating the Quality Management System (QMS) toolkit for HIV testing in non-laboratory settings and supporting WHO’s collaboration with the Global Fund under the Next Gen Market Strategic Initiative
