Life-saving Facility and Community-based Service Delivery Support (FC-SDS) - Zimbabwe

With funding support from the United States Government (USG), the Stop TB Partnership will support local and community-based organizations to further strengthen and capacitate National Tuberculosis (TB) Programs in the implementation of new approaches and technologies, support last-mile delivery of commodities and specimens, monitoring and data collection and analysis, and facility and community level service delivery.
The objectives of the grant will be to improve prevention, case detection & management, and documentation of all forms of tuberculosis by supporting the National TB Programme through selected local Implementing Partner/s (IP) in Zimbabwe to implement TB screening, case-finding, treatment, care, and prevention services, and to scale up innovative diagnostic and treatment tools and approaches.
