Item 4.3.2- the unit for this activity is M3 rather than M2 , is it a mistake or intentional?3. The site cleaning and clearance is not mentioned in the BOQ and the site is very busy with juck and unwanted materials.4. Q2: The unit is square meter (m²).Q3: The Hospital administration will take the garbage way, but the Contractor should reinstate the area for the external tiles which rate are part of those items.Q4: Please refer to the General conditions of the Contract. We didn't attend the site visit can we participate?Dear Bidder,Thank you for your interest in this tender.Please note that the site visit is not mandatory; however, it is highly recommended. The official site visit was conducted on 16 December 2025.
