Our proposed solution features a high-performance automatic titrator from a leading brand in the field, which offers a standard burette dosing accuracy of ±0.02 mL. Based on extensive industry experience and common laboratory practices, a burette dosing accuracy of ±0.02 mL is generally sufficient for most workflows. Opting for higher precision with recognized quality and safety standards often represents a level of performance that exceeds typical operational needs, which may lead to unnecessary specification overshoot while significantly increasing costs. We are confident that the ±0.02 mL accuracy provides an optimal balance of performance, reliability, and value. Could you kindly confirm if a dosing accuracy of ±0.02 mL is acceptable?A4: We confirm the offered variation will be evaluated as technically acceptable.

New clarification added: Q3: Kindly confirm the following details regarding Lot 1 – Drying Oven, Vacuum (50L):  Does the vacuum drying oven need to be supplied with a vacuum pump? If yes, please specify the required vacuum level.The specification mentions the Drying oven has a motor fan with hot air circulation, but the vacuum drying oven doesn't have. It will be a heated vacuum chamber.A3: Dear bidder please find below responses for Lot 1: Yes, a vacuum drying oven requires an external vacuum pump to create the low-pressure environment needed for drying, as the pump lowers the boiling point of liquids, allowing for gentle, low-temperature solvent removal. The oven itself is a sealed chamber, and the pump is a critical, separate component that pulls the air out to achieve the desired vacuum level, though the pump isn't always running continuously during the entire drying cycle. Drying oven, vaccum should fall into (150-300 torr / 200-400 mbar).Although the question is not clear, please have in mind that drying oven typically uses both a heated chamber and a motor fan for hot air circulation. The fan (or blower), driven by a motor, is a key component that forces hot air to move throughout the internal chamber, which is essential for efficient and uniform drying. Therefore offered solution must have all fatures listed in technical requirements.

New amendment added #2: The RFQ has been amended in order to replace the document titled "RFQ_Section_III_Returnable_Bidding_Forms_Form C_Technical Bid Form" with the document titled "RFQ_Section_III_Returnable_Bidding_Forms_Form C_Technical Bid Form_Rev. 1 dd.19DEC25" that introduces amendments to the certain requirments stipulated in red font.

We would like to request your clarification on the following points: 1. For Lot No. 1, Drying Oven, Vacuum (50L), the required chamber volume is 40–50 L. Our proposed product has a chamber volume of 53 L. Since only two units are to be purchased, customization is not feasible. Could you please confirm whether 53 L is acceptable?2. For Lot No. 4, Moisture Content Analyzer, please advise if the following deviations are acceptable:Maximum sample weight no more than 120 g instead of 150 g.For a 10 g sample: accuracy no more than ±0.015% instead of ±0.01%.Storage capacity for 1000 results instead of 3500.Connections: only RS-232 instead of Ethernet/Wi-Fi & RS-232. Is Ethernet/Wi-Fi mandatory?3. For Lot No. 5, Multiparameter Water Meter (pH, ORP, ion, O₂), is the atmospheric pressure testing function mandatory?4. For Lot No. 7, Digital Analytical Scales:Line #1 requires accuracy of 0.1 mg, but Line #11 mentions readability of 0.01/0.1 mg. Lot 7 - high-precision instrument is required, that can distinguish between mass changes of one-hundredth of a milligram (0.01 mg) for smaller loads and one-tenth of a milligram (0.1 mg) for larger loads, meaning it can measure tiny amounts for tasks like pharmaceutical formulation or chemical analysis; therefore line 1 will be amended into 'Digital analytical scales 220 g – for determining the mass of solid, loose, and liquid substances with an accuracy of 0.01/0.1mg'Dual range version is considered as valid solution.
