Provision of Aviation Fuel and Associated Services in Support of the United Nations Mission in Support of the Hudaydah Agreement (UNMHA)

The United Nations is seeking expressions of interest from qualified firms for the Long-Term Supply and Delivery of Aviation Fuel and Associated Services in Support of the United Nations Mission in Support of the Hudaydah Agreement (UNMHA). 1. The requirement includes the Supply of Jet A-1and refueling of UNMHA aircraft in Yemen, through existing commercial fuel services at the following airports: i) Sana’a International Airport (IATA: SAH, ICAO: OYSN) ii) Aden International Airport (IATA: ADE, ICAO: OYAA) iii) Seiyun Hadhramaut Airport (IATA: GXF, ICAO: OYSY) 2. The UN reserves the right to split the regional requirements into separate contracts or include all the requirements into one single contract. Note: 1. Full requirements will be provided with the solicitation documents. No further details of the requirements can be provided until the solicitation is issued. 2. Please note that this Request for Expression of Interest does not constitute a soclitation; and the United Nations Procuremement Division reserves the right to change or cancel this Request for EOI. 3. Interested bidders also need to comply with the pre-qualification criteria detailed in the next section Specific Requirements/Information Interested bidders are required to provide proof that the bidder has experience delivering fuel anywhere in the world (e.g.i) copy of valid fuel service license in Yemen or any other country OR (ii) copy of audited financial statements where the activity of delivering fuel services is explicitly mentioned, etc.) OR (iii) a copy of an agreement with a subsupplier that has proven experience delivering fuel, alongside the corresponding proof for the sub-supplier.
