Ombudsperson and Mediation Services Office (OOM) at IOM is looking for service provider of a secure, configurable, and user-friendly case management system to support intake, tracking, resolution, and reporting on cases categories. OOM needs a centralized case management platform that will contain all case information in an organized, accessible format for key stakeholders. The system will enhance confidentiality, efficiency, and data integrity in handling sensitive cases. It supports IOM’s values of transparency, accountability, and responsiveness.
