Dear Sir/Madam, The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations in Pakistan invites you to submit a proposal for the provision of Services for Setting up Climate Resilient Agriculture and On-Farm Water Management demonstration plots and support adaptive research in target districts in Sindh and Punjab Provinces . If you are interested in submitting a proposal in response to this ITP, please prepare it according to the requirements and procedure set out in this ITP. Also, find attached the standard LOA template, as mentioned in Annex I of the ITP. Please submit all requested eligibility documents and proposals in the tender document. Please acknowledge receipt of this Invitation and confirm your intention to submit a proposal of all documents requested in paragraph 3 of this Letter of Invitation. All documents must be submitted within the specified deadline. Important submission instructions: 1. When submitting your proposal, please indicate the following reference in the subject line or cover page of your submission: “Tender Reference No- 2025-134839 Invitation to Submit Proposal for the Provision of Services for Setting up Climate Resilient Agriculture and On-Farm Water Management demonstration plots and support adaptive research in target districts in Sindh and Punjab Provinces, alongwith name of the Service Provider/Proposer.” 2. Your proposal, comprising a Technical and Financial Proposal, should be submitted in accordance with ITP instructions before 10 February 2026 23:59, Islamabad Time-Pakistan, via email to faopk-loa@fao.org and uploading all documents requested in paragraph 3 of this Letter of Invitation. FAOPK shall not consider any proposal submitted after the deadline for the submission of proposals. 3. All clarifications regarding this proposal must be sent to FAOPK-LOA@fao.org instruction are attached 4. Proposals must be submitted in PDF format. Technical and financial proposals should be signed and stamped. One copy of the financial proposal/Budget in Excel must be attached. 5. Size of file per email should be not more than 6 MB. The proposals can be submitted in several emails. 6. Please ensure to list down all documents required to be submitted 7. Please consider your proposal unsuccessful if you do not get a response from FAOPK within 60 calendar days from the closing date of tender. 8.
