Dear Madam/Sir,
Please find attached the Bid document No. LITB-2025-9201462 printing supplies for Education program. It will be appreciated if you could provide your quotation for the items to UNICEF China Office no later than 10:20am on 11 December 2025.
Bidders are requested to inform UNICEF as soon as possible by email to Nie Ping at pnie@unicef.org that they have received this solicitation document.
The bid documents should be sent to UNICEF China office by email, Emailing address is chinabid@unicef.org. The subject line of the email should also include the the bid number LITB-2025-9201462 and name of vendor. Offers sent to any other email will be invalided.
All of the items must be based on provide the list of supplies, there is very clear detail specification and photos for reference.
It is mandatory to send the stamped and signed the form and declaration form on page 2-5 of the tender document along with the bid email.
