New clarification added: QUESTION:The TOR states that UNOPS has requested the appointment of a Coordinator.Will the Coordinator be responsible for following up on technical discussions with UNOPS or only administrative tasks?Should the Coordinator's daily rate be proposed as "Other position" on Form C?OrShould the daily cost of the Coordinator be considered an indirect cost and included/provisioned in the daily rate of the Engineers?ANSWER:The Coordinator role is no longer required, and Section II: Scedule of Requirements (TOR) has been updated to reflect the change (see page 4).

New clarification added: QUESTION:Request for clarification regarding the amount of time the supervision team spends "off-site":Will UNOPS allocate billable days for the supervision team to review the project documentation prior to the start of the site interventions ?Will UNOPS assign billable days for the supervision team to prepare documents as weekly and quarterly reports, or should this time be included in the daily rate ?ANSWER:Yes, UNOPS will allocate billable time for review of documentation and preparation of documents. This time should not be included in the daily rate.
