Server Environment and Data Center Infrastructure for Operating the Software/Information System “State Agrarian Register”

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) invites qualified service providers to submit bids for Tender No. 2025/FEUKR/FEUKR/134679. The objective is to provide server environment and data center infrastructure for operating the State Agrarian Register (SAR) information system in Ukraine. The scope includes hosting and computing resources, network connectivity and security, backup and disaster recovery, technical support, and full migration of the existing SAR system to a new infrastructure. Services must comply with Tier III standards or national equivalent, KZSI certification, ISO 27001, and ensure high availability (SLA ≥ 99.982%). Bidders must demonstrate financial capacity, relevant experience, and compliance with mandatory requirements. The contract duration is 12 months. Proposals must be submitted via the UNGM portal (www.ungm.org) no later than 30 November 2025, 18:00 Kyiv time.
