Description
The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) in Bangkok, Thailand is seeking a qualified company who is able to provide preventive maintenance services, emergency repair and supply of spare parts with replacement services for Fire Detection and Alarm System at the UNESCAP Premises, Bangkok, Thailand. Below is the Statement of Work which is provided in brief: 1) Preventive maintenance on all main equipment of Fire Detection and Alarm System. The main and associated equipment to be maintained includes fire alarm control panels, workstations, detectors, modules, actuators, switches and etc. 2) Service shall be performed by qualified and certified technicians and engineers, which shall include inspection, cleaning, adjusting, calibrating and maintaining of the operating equipment and machines of the systems so that they are fully operational. 3) Service shall be performed as per the following schedule: a) Monthly preventive maintenance for main equipment such as fire alarm control panels, computer workstations, annunciator panels, DC power supply units and related equipment of the fire detection and alarm system. b) Yearly preventive maintenance of field equipment such as smoke and heat detectors, monitor/control/relay modules, manual pull stations, bells, speaker, strobe light, and related equipment of the fire detection and alarm system. Emergency Repair Services 1) Provide emergency service call or troubleshooting of the systems’ equipment and machines as required should a problem arises. 2) Provide emergency response team to standby on call from 08.00 – 17.00 hours for each UN working day and ready to respond to UN for critical failures and non-critical failures. 3) Monthly site meeting with the designated UNESCAP supervisor. Specific Requirements/Information Interested vendors who would like to participate in the solicitation shall be able to submit the following evidence to address the following madatory requirements: 1. The company and its personnel must have a minimum of five (5) years of proven experiences in providing maintenance services to fire pumps systems with three (3) project references providing satisfactory services to an organization in Thailand. 2. The company is a registered company under the law of Thailand with an established office in Thailand and able to operate and provide the services in Thailand. All works shall be in relation and delivered to The United Nations Building, Rajadamnoen Nok Avenue, Bangkok 10200, Thailand. Companies interested in being considered for an invitation to the tenders must submit a written Expression of Interest along with copies of business registrations/licenses, as applicable, and a brief company profile with experiences in similar projects. ESCAP reserves the right to verify the statements and not to invite all those companies who had expressed their interest.
