Call for External Collaborator – Local Social Security and Formalization Coordination Consultant for Tripartite Groups in Basra

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: - Coordinate and support tripartite groups in Basra to extend social security coverage under Law No. 18 of 2023; facilitate stakeholder engagement, awareness campaigns, sectoral analyses, monitoring and reporting, and deliver five bi-monthly outputs from Jan–Sep 2026.
