Supply of Petroleum, Oil and Lubricants and Related Services to the United Nations Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF) in the Golan Heights, United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO/UNSCO), and United Nations Office for the Coordination of Hum

The United Nations ("UN") seeks to establish a fuel support services Contract for the United Nations Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF) in the Golan Heights, United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO/UNSCO), the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) and United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in the Alpha Side for an initial term of 3 years with option for two extensions each one year long (3+1+1). The United Nations is planning to invite competitive proposals for: (a) UNDOF: Bulk delivery of Diesel, Gasoline, Oil and Lubricants to Camp Ziouani, Golan Heights (b) UNTSO/UNSCO: - Bulk delivery of Diesel (including heating Diesel), Oil and Lubricants to UNTSO headquarters in Jerusalem - Into-vehicle of Diesel and Gasoline fuel at commercial stations in Israel - Occasional Bulk delivery of Diesel to UNTSO Office in Camp Ziouani, Golan Heights (c) OCHA: - Bulk Delivery of Diesel to OCHA Headquoters in Jerusalem - Into-vehicle of Diesel and Gasoline fuel at commercial stations in Israel (d) UNIFIL: - Bulk delivery of Diesel (heating) to UNIFIL Liaison Office in Maalot-Taarshia Note: Full requirements will be provided with the solicitation documents. No further details of the requirements can be provided until the solicitation is issued. Interested bidders must comply with the pre-qualification criteria detailed in the next section. Specific Requirements/Information Interested bidders are required to provide proof that the bidder has experience delivering fuel anywhere in the world (e.g. copy of valid fuel service license in Israel or any other country OR copy of audited financial statements where the activity of delivering fuel services is explicitly mentioned, etc.) OR a copy of an agreement with a subsupplier that has proven experience delivering fuel, alongside the corresponding proof for the sub-supplier.
