New clarification added: Dear Bidder Please find the answer to the Clarifications :  Q1 - Regarding the Sewer Vacuum / Cesspit Tanker (12,000 liters) Mounted on Truck, as specified in Section III – Returnable Bidding Forms, we would appreciate clarification on the following points: Q1. Manholes (Clause 1.3.5) The specification states: “Manhole: Upper and rear manhole to facilitate checking and repairing of the tank from inside.” Could you please confirm whether one manhole (serving both purposes) is required, or if two separate manholes—one at the top and one at the rear.Ans 1 Clause 1.3.5 requires one manhole at the upper rear of the tank. Two separate manholes are not required.2. Tank Lifting Mechanism , The document does not mention a tank lifting system. Please clarify whether the truck is required to have a tank lifting mechanism, or ifthis feature is not needed for this specific tenderAns 2 - Tank Lifting Mechanism is not required and any lifting system is optional. Q2 We kindly request clarification regarding the scope element described as “inspection” within the RFQ for the supply, delivery, and inspection of Sewer Vacuum / Cesspit Tankers. Additional time is needed to gather necessary information from our suppliers to ensure a complete and accurate submission.
