LRPS-2025-9201050- LTA for Travel and Event Management Services

UNICEF Lebanon would like to invite you for a new tender # LRPS-2025-9201050 for the establishment of Long-Term Arrangement for Outsourcing of Travel and Event Management Services for the period of 3 years with a possibility of extension for 2 additional years, as per attached Annex 1- TOR and Annex 2- Pricing List.

Kindly find also attached Annex 3 regarding additional Safeguarding notes and instructions, necessary for your kind reference and compliance.

Proposals must be sent to the following secured email ONLY (lebtender@unicef.org) no later than Friday 28 November 2025, 12:00pm.

Proposals must be sent in two separate emails; one technical and one financial.

- Email for technical proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (LRPS-2025-9201050) - name of your company- technical proposal. The email must include: The technical proposal only without prices.

- Email for price proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (LRPS-2025-9201050) - name of your company- price proposal. The email must include: The price proposal.

Please do not make any changes on Annex 2- Pricing List and submit it with your prices in both; excel and signed PDF formats.

Proposals sent in another manner will be considered invalid.
