Description
The international Labour Office ( hereafter the "ILO") is pleased to submit an Invitation to Bid for construction of a public employment service center in Jigjiga, Somali Regional State- Ethiopia. As further described in the bidding document and annexes. Site visit is scheduled to take place as per the instruction in the Briefing note for physical site visit in AnnexA4 Schedule 17. Your offer must be received by the ILO no later than 28 November 2025, 17H00 (EA time). Late bids shall be rejected.
