Description
It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the provision of Internet services for ICC Permanent Premises. In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms.
Description
Internet backbone services for ICC Permanent Premises. The ICC Permanent Premises which is currently in the construction phase, scheduled to be ready towards the end of 2015, and will be located on the outskirts of The Hague near Scheveningen. It is anticipated that any agreement entered into as a result of this tender will be for an initial period of 1 year, with the option for the ICC, at its sole discretion, to extend the agreement for two (2) additional 2 year periods. Maximum duration: 5 years, subject to satisfactory performance.
The ICC seeks the effective lowest-cost solution that addresses all of its essential requirements and most of its non-essential requirements.
The detailed scope of work will be given under the Request for Proposal document that will be sent to the firms who respond to this EOI.
