UNHCR invites qualified suppliers and service providers to participate in the following tender:
Tender Title: Making a firm offer for the provision of electrical works for crossing points in Hasskeh and Deir Ezzour and for Civil Registry building in Raqqa - Syria. Reference Number: RFQ-HCR-SYR-2025-25. Tender Issuance Date: 29-October-2025. Closing Date: 16-November-2025.
Scope of Work:
The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Qamishli Sub Office, seeks for making a firm offer for the provision of electrical works for crossing points in Hasskeh and Deir Ezzour and for Civil Registry building in Raqqa - Syria.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Valid Business Registration Certificate submitted.
2. Filled and signed Vendor Registration Form.
3. Valid company business bank letter.
4. Financial Statement of past two fiscal years.
5. Acknowledgement of UNHCR General Conditions of Contract.
6. Acknowledgement of UN Supplier Code of Conduct.
7. Company is not listed on any Sanctions Lists.
8. Filled and signed Decleration of Eligibility Form.
