Request for Proposal: UNFPA-RFP-25-002 Event Management & Hotel Service Provider

Long-Term Agreements (LTA) for provision of Event Management and Hotel Service Providers for the regions Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga and Vanuatu.

To acknowledge receipt of this RFP, please complete the Bid Confirmation Form (SECTION VI – ANNEX A). This form should be emailed to amishra@unfpa.org no later than 10 November 2025. Please indicate whether or not you intend to submit a bid. If you choose not to submit a bid, kindly provide your reason(s) on the form to help UNFPA improve future bid processes.

Key dates for this RFP are as follows:

1. Submission Date for Questions/Clarifications: If you require clarification regarding the bid process or documents, please submit your questions in writing to Ashika Mishra, Procurement & Admin Associate, at amishra@unfpa.org by 14 November 2025, at 11:59 PM (Fiji Time).

2. Deadline for Final Submission: All technical and financial bids must be submitted to psro.bidding@unfpa.org no later than 28 November 2025, at 11:59 PM (Fiji Time). Please note that bids received after this deadline or sent to any other email address will not be considered.
