EN FRANÇAIS L’Office des Nations Unies à Genève (ONUG) prévoit de lancer prochainement une procédure d’appel d’offres pour la prestation de services de maintenance et de fourniture de systèmes d’arrosage automatique intégré pour le parc du Palais des Nations à Genève (Suisse) et ses annexes. L’ONUG recherche donc des fournisseurs qualifiés et intéressés pour la fourniture de ces services. Exemples de livrables attendus : - Maintenance préventive, telle que l’hivernage, mise en eau et etat des lieux - Maintenance corrective (réparations après une panne) - Fourniture de matériel - Travaux de réfection ou de création d’installation - Etudes d’exécution - Fourniture de formations techniques aux jardiniers concernant la gestion et la maintenance des installations. Le contrat qui en résultera pourra être attribué pour une durée initiale de trois (3) ans, avec possibilité de prolongation pour deux (2) périodes supplémentaires et consécutives d’un (1) an maximum chacune (3+1+1), sous réserve de la performance satisfaisante du prestataire et de la disponibilité des financements. UNOG is, therefore, seeking interested qualified vendors for the provision of these services. Examples of the expected deliverables: - Preventive maintenance, such as winterization, water supply and inventory reports - Corrective maintenance (repairs after a failure) - Equipment provision - Installation or refurbishment works - Implementation studies - Technical trainings provision for gardeners related to the management and maintenance of the installations. The resulting contract may lead to a contract award for an initial period of three (3) years with the possibility of an extension of two (2) additional and consecutive periods of one (1) year maximum each (3+1+1), provided satisfactory performance of the contractor and availability of funding.
