Description
The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidder to submit bid for Provision of three Training Services for Ministry of Finance (MOF)-Ethiopia in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Request for Qoutation (RFQ).
Lot 1- Training Service on Development Finance and Aid Effectiveness
Lot 2- Training Service on Negotiation Skill on external resources Mobilization
Lot 3- Training Service on Strategic approach to blended financing
