Purpose of the Call:
The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in Angola is hereby inviting interested consultancy companies to:

Design, develop and assist the launch of an online National State Budget Dashboard.  Complete details including the qualification requirements are provided in the attached Terms of Reference attached to this Notice.
