Description

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Ukraine invites qualified suppliers to make a firm offer for the establishment of a frame agreement(s) for the supply and delivery electric heaters in Kyiv, Ukraine. UNHCR may award Frame Agreement(s) with an initial duration of one (1) year, with an option to extend for an additional period of up to one (1) year. The successful bidder(s) will be requested to maintain their price offers for the entire duration of the Frame Agreement.

More details on the required services are provided in the attached Annex A (Schedule of Requirements).
